If we are busy in treatments – there may be times when we are unable to answer the phone. Please leave us a voicemail with your name and contact number and we will call you back as soon as possible. You can also send us a message on Facebook or Instagram
Please note – treatment times include changing times before and after treatments.
Gift vouchers – are non refundable and can be exchanged for treatments only. Each voucher states its use by date.
Card Payments – we accept contactless and debit and credit card payments and cash.
Cancellation policy – a minimum of 24 hrs notice is required to cancel/postpone an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
Cancellation charges must be paid in full before another appointment can be made.
No-shows – will result in being charged for the full price of the treatment.
Late for an appointment – please be aware that if you are late for an appointment you will still be charged for the full service/appointment time.
Regrettably – we have to enforce these measures due to no-shows and last minute cancellations which cost us hundreds of pounds each month and mean that other clients miss out on much wanted/needed appointments. We do understand that emergencies can occur at the last minute and we can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.
